SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. DELIVERY AREAS & SHIPPING COSTS We provide Free Insured Delivery to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (including Dubai), and Qatar. There are no hidden shipping fees and no minimum spend required for standard delivery to the following regions:

Note: For any remote or unlisted areas outside our standard delivery zones, shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery process consists of processing time and shipping time. Please refer to the estimates below:
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed, prepared, and dispatched within 15–20 business days.
- Shipping Time (Saudi Arabia, UAE & Dubai): Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
3. DELAY & LOST PACKAGE PROTOCOL
A package is considered "delayed" if it has not arrived 5 business days after the maximum estimated delivery date.
- Investigation: Upon contacting support@arturapaint.com, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier (typically resolved within 1-2 business days).
- Compensation: If the package is confirmed lost or remains undelivered after the investigation, we offer you a choice of an immediate free replacement (sent via express) or a full refund.
4. PRE-SHIPPING VISUAL CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Photo & Video Confirmation: Before dispatching your order, we will send you real-life photos and videos of your specific items for confirmation. We will ONLY dispatch the order once you are fully satisfied with the product appearance and quality.
- Return & Exchange Policy After Confirmation: Once you have confirmed and approved the photos/videos, the order is considered final. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reasons other than package loss (Section 3) or shipping damage (Section 5).
- Shipping Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure the delivery address is accessible.
5. INSPECTION & DAMAGE GUARANTEE
Our products are shipped in reinforced packaging; however, due to the fragile nature of the items, please inspect your order upon arrival.
- Reporting Damage: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@arturapaint.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Please provide photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Resolution: Valid damage claims will be resolved with a free replacement under our Free Replacement Guarantee.
